We are recruiting for a Senior Fire and Security Engineer to join a well-established and growing Fire and Security business covering Reading and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to remain technically hands-on while taking on additional responsibility for supporting and mentoring junior engineers. A strong electrical background or electrical bias would be particularly advantageous. The Role You will carry out a mixture of installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and fault finding across: Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Access Control Intruder Alarms Emergency Lighting Integrated Security Systems As a senior member of the team, you will also provide technical support to other engineers, assist with complex fault diagnosis and help develop junior engineers through coaching and mentoring. What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer Strong knowledge across Fire Alarm and Security systems Experience with service, maintenance, installation and/or commissioning Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good electrical knowledge Confidence providing technical guidance to other engineers ..... full job details .....
