The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire & Security Engineer with a strong electrical bias to lead from the front. This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with technical leadership, mentoring and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire and security systems.
• Lead and support a team of engineers.
• Identify training needs and deliver coaching and mentoring.
• Support complex fault diagnosis and technical problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
