Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager Location: London Salary: 55,000 to 65,000 + Car + Bonus Are you a Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager based in London looking for your next opportunity? As a Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of commercial fire alarm and life safety projects, working across a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites in the London and Surrey area. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire detection and life safety solutions to its customers. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects from inception to completion, with values of up to 750k. Take ownership of full PandL responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Organise and coordinate materials, labour, and subcontractors to ensure resources are on site when required. Conduct regular client meetings, maintaining strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery. Liaise with the Design Team to ensure technical drawings, specifications, and documentation are aligned with project requirements. Monitor project programmes and drive progress to ensure strict deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.
