Job Title: Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: -55,000 to -65,000 + Car + Bonus

Are you a Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager based in London looking for your next opportunity? As a Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of commercial fire alarm and life safety projects, working across a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites in the London and Surrey area. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire detection and life safety solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects from inception to completion, with values of up to -750k.

* Take ownership of full P&L responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Organise and coordinate materials, labour, and subcontractors to ensure resources are on site when required.

* Conduct regular client meetings, maintaining strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.

* Liaise with the Design Team to ensure technical drawings, specifications, and documentation are aligned with project requirements.

* Monitor project programmes and drive progress to ensure strict deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 5 years'' experience in a project management role within the fire alarm or electronic security industry.

* Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time management skills.

* Sound technical knowledge of fire detection and life safety systems, including BS 5839 standards.

* Experience managing project P&L, budgets, and subcontractor relationships.

* Full UK driving licence.

* FIA Certificate in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (desirable).

* SMSTS or CSCS Black Manager Card (desirable).
