Due to their continued success, our client, a highly regarded Financial Services firm based in Ipswich, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to provide high-quality administrative support within a regulated environment, working closely with Advisers, clients, and third-party providers.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Providing full administrative support to the Financial Services team, ensuring all deadlines are metPreparing valuation reports and meeting documentation, offering comprehensive pre- and post-meeting support for AdvisersDrafting Suitability Reports and ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentationLiaising with clients, insurers, and providers, maintaining professional and timely communicationMaintaining accurate client records and databasesAssisting with corporate administration including pension scheme submissions, auto-enrolment compliance, and group risk schemes (where applicable)Ensuring full compliance with FCA rules and company proceduresSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator, ideally with a minimum of 2 years technical administration experience supporting Financial AdvisersKnowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
