Senior Financial Planning Administrator Location: Cheadle - Fully office based Salary up to £32,000 plus benefits Contract: Permanent, Full-Time NJR Recruitment is currently working with a highly respected, independent financial planning firm to recruit a Senior Financial Planning Administrator. This is an integral role within the business, providing essential support to Financial Planners and delivering an excellent, client-centric service. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative team where accuracy, communication and the ability to work to agreed timescales are key. About the Role As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator , you will work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning and advice services. You will be responsible for a varied workload, supporting clients directly while also ensuring the Financial Planners have everything they need to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Supporting clients and Financial Planners via telephone, email and video Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers Promoting the Personal Financial Portal and processing referrals Booking appointments and managing Financial Planner diaries Preparing complex meeting packs and supporting Financial Planners with client meeting preparation Submitting instructions to platforms and providers Working closely with Financial Planners on all aspects of ..... full job details .....
