Your new roleAs Senior Financial Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive financial management service to designated directorates and supporting the wider financial management of the organisation. Key duties will include:Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reports.Providing detailed variance analysis, budgeting support and financial planning advice.Supporting scenario planning and costing of service development.Advising senior management on financial risks, opportunities and policy initiatives.Developing forecasting methodologies and improving financial reporting processes.Building strong relationships with budget holders and senior stakeholders.Overseeing and developing a small finance team, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective performance management.Contributing to organisational financial strategies, policies and service improvements.Acting as an authorised approver and ..... full job details .....
