We’re expanding in the EU and need Senior Investigators to lead the charge.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate complex or high-risk anti-money laundering alerts on customer accounts.Recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to be filed by Monzo Bank EU.Make customer onboarding decisions in high-risk or complex cases.Provide financial crime expertise and support to other operational teams across the business.Note:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following qualifications.QualificationsStrong English written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to CEFR level C1 or higher.Experience conducting high-risk customer screening or complex financial crime investigations.Experience making independent, risk-based financial crime decisions in a regulated financial services firm.Knowledge of the current financial crime landscape in the UK and EU, and related risks.Working hours and start dateThe team covers 8:00–18:30, based on 8.5 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexible to meet customer demand.
