Description Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental goals. Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to optimise financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making. Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders. Identify and implement process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency. Profile The Senior Financial Controller should have: A strong background in accounting and finance. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
