Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a well-known international organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst. This is a highly visible opportunity to drive data quality, process improvement and business performance initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations, you''ll take ownership of identifying, analysing and resolving data-related process challenges. You will map end-to-end processes, conduct gap analysis, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance reporting quality, business insight and decision-making. This role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys getting under the skin of complex data and process issues, partnering with stakeholders and delivering meaningful change across an organisation.
