This is a predominantly remote role offering the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening financial control, regulatory reporting, and finance process improvement. The Role: Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of regulatory reporting across multiple regulated entities, ensuring submissions are accurate, robust, and delivered within regulatory deadlines. You will also support broader finance activities, including management accounting, cash forecasting, VAT reporting, and financial controls. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and overseeing UK regulatory returns, including MiFID and RMAR reporting. Reviewing and enhancing regulatory reporting models, controls, and documentation. Supporting ICARA-related analysis, capital and liquidity reporting. Assisting with management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and VAT returns.
