Senior Finance Operations Manager An opportunity has arisen with a leading US law firm for an experienced Senior Finance Operations Manager to oversee its AP and Cashiering function across London and Europe. This is a newly created role, reporting into the firms Finance Director. The successful individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, strengthening controls and ensuring compliance within a highly regulated environment. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable, Cashiering and supplier onboarding functions. Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and maintaining robust controls around client money and financial operations. Reviewing and enhancing financial processes, controls and governance frameworks. Managing, mentoring and developing a team, creating resilience through training and cross-functional support. Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function. Overseeing supplier management processes and workflow systems. Working closely with finance leaders across multiple international offices to standardise processes and improve service delivery. Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Supporting the implementation and adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions within finance operations.
