This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong local government housing finance experience to provide expert financial analysis and business partnering support across the Council''s Housing Revenue Account (HRA).Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial sustainability of housing services, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the effective delivery of the Council''s long-term housing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert financial analysis and business partnering support across the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).Lead and support the annual rent and service charge setting process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and statutory guidance.Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring for housing services.Support long-term financial planning, investment programmes and strategic housing initiatives.Prepare and present financial reports, business cases and recommendations to senior managers and key stakeholders.Ensure robust financial controls are maintained in line with statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements.Analyse complex financial data, ..... full job details .....
