Key Responsibilities; Finance Operations: Oversee daily financial operations, including sales and purchase ledger, fixed asset register, cash management, and expense processing. Manage monthly journals, including pre-payments, accruals, and payroll. Ensure smooth processing of expenses in line with company policy. Reconcile the finance system to guarantee accurate revenue recording. Collaborate with the Sales Ledger Manager on credit control and debt collection activities. Prepare timely HMRC VAT returns and other necessary regulatory submissions. Month-End Reporting: Deliver accurate month-end reports within set deadlines, maintaining data integrity.
