I''m working with a well-established and growing business based in Paignton that is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and play a central role in the ongoing success and development of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a broad and commercially focused role that sits at the heart of the business, encompassing: - Preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting and management, and budgeting and forecasting across the business. - Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines and managing and streamlining financial systems that support both finance and operational functions. - Overseeing the purchase order system and managing one direct report responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Ensuring all financial practices are in line with statutory legislation and regulations including VAT, assisting with payroll and supporting the annual external audit process. - Working closely with the CEO and operational colleagues to identify areas for improvement, develop processes and efficiencies and communicate financial performance clearly across ..... full job details .....
