Senior Finance ManagerPeterboroughHybrid WorkingSalary - £80,000 DOE + 15% BonusPrivate MedicalThe ONE Group are excited to be partnering with an established and highly successful organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into a key role within their finance function.If you''re looking for a role where you can genuinely add value beyond the numbers, this is one worth exploring.What we''re looking for:Reporting into the Head of Finance, you''ll take ownership of a significant operational PandL and act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions.Taking ownership of the PandL, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control.Delivering weekly, monthly, and long-term financial reporting with clear commercial insight.Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning process across several cost centres.Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision making.Providing financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends.Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and business cases.Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and finance processes through automation and innovation.Working collaboratively with wider finance teams to deliver accurate, timely and efficient financial information.Line management of small finance team.You''ll ideally have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience. ..... full job details .....
