About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a successful and established business based in East Sussex. This is a broad, hands-on finance role offering responsibility across management reporting, financial control, forecasting, budgeting, tax compliance and group reporting. Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial information is produced and used effectively to support business decisions. The role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys a varied position and is looking to take ownership of a broad range of finance responsibilities within an industry environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts through to completion. Prepare quarterly forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process. Maintain strong financial control across the balance sheet, including inventory, obsolescence, treasury, fixed assets, debtors and creditors.
