Senior Finance Manager

Stanford Real Estate Partners are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager for a large Property Investment/Management business based in Manchester. The role will report to the Finance Director and take responsibility for the management and growth of the finance team and statutory and internal reporting, as the business grows, the individual will be involved in refinancing, project accounting and transformation projects. Responsibilities will include: Review and present monthly and quarterly management accounts Reviewing all month end closing processes Analytical review of key financial metrics Ensure service charge accounting up to date and fully reconciled Production and review of regular cash flow projections Be first point of contact with auditors, tax advisors and other service providers Review of VAT/CIS and other statutory compliance Develop and mentor members of the finance team Implementing process improvements to drive efficiencies The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant ideally with extensive PQE experience within the real estate sector.
