Senior Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller for a growing retail brand, currently going through the next phase of transformation strategy to ensure the best customer experience. The Financial Controller will have great visibility to the senior leadership team and have a significant impact on the finance transformation and development of an already strong team. You will have the ability add value from day one and input to the strategic direction of the department. Financial ControllerWork in partnership with both the controllership and commercial teamsLead on the development of the reporting structure, feeding in to groupDrive continuous improvement around data and use of ERP systemsWork closely with the senior leadership team on the finance strategyHave a strong focus on team developmentPrevious management of retail property / lease and property disposalExperience in a fast moving organisation, and passion for transformation The Financial Controller will have a strong background in financial reporting, with a focus on property portfolio development. You will drive improvement around technical requirements, quarterly and yearly reporting and facing off to key stakeholders. You will be qualified ( ACA / ACCA) either from practice with a number of years industry experience, or come up through industry with a strong technical reporting and commercial background having been a key contributor to continuous improvement.
