This is a high-impact role combining technical excellence with strategic finance business partnering, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and complex, multi-project environments.Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead a team of three and play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Responsibilities:Management AccountingReview and enhance management accounting systems, processes, and controlsOversee the integrity of working papers and underlying ledgersReview monthly management accounts and recommend improvementsCoach and develop junior team members, providing hands-on supportFinancial AccountingReview statutory accounts, accounting policies, and technical treatmentsProvide guidance on refinancing, accounting standards updates, and project-specific policiesAct as a key contact for audit and tax partners, providing feedback and driving improvementsReporting and Business PartneringAttend project board meetings, providing insight on financial performance and technical mattersMonitor project deliverables in line with loan facility agreementsReview financial models and lead on budgets and cashflow forecastingBuild strong relationships with funders and key ..... full job details .....
