Senior Finance Manager

We are partnered with a high-growth, internationally energy business seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance leadership team in Bathgate (hybrid working available). As part of this next phase, the business is strengthening its finance infrastructure to support increasing international activity and operational complexity.Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the CFO, this is a highly visible role where you will lead core finance operations, enhance financial processes and build a scalable control environment capable of supporting continued growth.Key responsibilities:• Take full ownership of accounting operations and core finance processes across the group.• Lead and enhance the month-end close process, improving the accuracy, timeliness and insightfulness of financial reporting.• Manage and develop an international finance team, driving performance and accountability.• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and automation.Key requirements:• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).• Proven experience in a hands-on Senior Finance Manager or finance operations leadership role.• Strong background managing accounting operations, transactional finance and month-end processes.• Experience leading and developing finance teams within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.In return you will:• Join a rapidly scaling clean energy business playing a key role in the global ..... full job details .....
