We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join our Hydro Services business. This is a key leadership role that will partner with the Services Leadership Team, driving performance, supporting strategic growth initiatives and ensuring robust financial governance across the business. What You''ll Be Doing As Senior Finance Manager, you will: Lead all financial activities for the Services business, providing insight and challenge to support growth and value creation. Own and continuously improve financial controls and governance, ensuring balance sheet integrity. Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting with meaningful analysis and performance insights. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, challenging assumptions and driving accountability. Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities.
