Senior Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager – Renewable Energy (London)Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy company, headquartered in London with projects across the UK. To support continued growth, we are helping them hire a Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial management of project SPVs in a role which will work closely with external contractors and advisors.What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the finance and reporting for SPVs – from monthly management accounts to board packs.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Statutory accounts and year end audit, keeping everything compliant and transparent.Keep an eye on debt facilities, covenants, and investor reporting.Provide PPA expertise – helping assess, structure, and monitor commercial agreements.Collaborate with asset management, legal, and commercial teams to maximise project performance.Support the leadership team with insights, scenario planning, and strategy.Who You Are

Have experience in renewable energy, project finance, or infrastructure. SPV management experience is a must.Know your way around PPAs and can advise on their financial and commercial impacts.Comfortable liaising with lenders, investors, and auditors.Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.Why Join Us
