Senior Finance ManagerLondon6 Month Contract 540 pd (Umbrella) ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our top clients with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Manager on an initial 6 month basis. The Senior Finance Manager will be acting as a key finance advisor to the business regarding technical accounting, tax compliance and resolving operational finance issues. In addition, you will provide support as a finance subject matter expert on various transformation projects. What you''ll be doing: Owning end to end completion of the statutory financial statements and annual report under UK GAAP.Ensuring the business is compliant with IFRS and Group accounting policies.Oversight and support over month-end close activities.Reviewing of Group reporting obligations under IFRS, including completion of key reporting schedulesProactive management of corporation tax compliance, including quarterly tax calculations, RDEC, tax payments and annual filings, supported by external tax advisors, both in UK and Ireland.Oversight of the company''s internal control framework, including compliance with JSoX.Accounting technical support to the business, particularly in relation to IFRS 15 and revenue accounting, lease and fixed asset accounting, impairment and pensions.Oversee our Offshore back-office functions, to ensure a smooth finance operation supporting the wider business.Review of VAT calculations and returns.Supporting various Treasury and cash management tasks, including steering ..... full job details .....
