About The Role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will take ownership of key financial processes while acting as a trusted partner to the wider business. This role combines hands-on financial management, commercial insight and team leadership, with responsibility for managing and developing a small finance team of two. Working closely with operational leaders, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic decisions, and drive strong financial controls across the business.
