The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial efficiency, supporting operational performance, and providing strong financial leadership across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planningOwn the month-end close process and act as the primary liaison with Group financeLead and develop the finance team, overseeing all financial and payroll activitiesPrepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to support business decision makingCoordinate statutory accounts, audits, and ensure timely tax and VAT complianceMaintain robust financial systems, controls, and processes, acting as the local lead for the accounting systemEnsure full compliance with accounting, fiscal, and regulatory requirements across multiple legal entitiesOversee designated accounting processes and manage a specialised operational support teamPartner closely with operational leaders to identify efficiencies and improve performance - driving continuous process improvement and efficiencies.Act as company secretary for one or more entities.
