My client is seeking a Senior Finance Family Solicitor to join thier busy and successful firm. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, mediation and private law children cases. You will: Perform case management handling a variety of family law cases focusing on divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and financial matters. Provide mediation services to resolve family disputes outside of court. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records. Offer high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with a focus on client care. Ensure exceptional standards of confidentiality. Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on case progress. Conduct mediation sessions for clients, focusing on resolving issues related to divorce, finances, and child arrangements. Prepare mediation agreements and ensure compliance with legal standards. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients. Network with other professionals and organisations to promote the firm''s services. Contribute to marketing efforts, including writing blogs and attending events. Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with the firm''s policies and procedures, including those related to risk management and quality control.
