Senior Finance Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our clients Finance Managed practice. This role is accountable for managing a multi-location delivery team, on / off shore ensuring high-quality, timely finance outputs across multiple jurisdictions.The role combines operational leadership, global stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on driving standardisation, quality, and service excellence across global processes. A critical aspect of the role will be liaising closely with the team and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment. What a day looks like:Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed contract for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance Act as primary contact for global stakeholdersBuild trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolutionLead and develop the onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource managementDrive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiativesCriteria: Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)IFRS and GAAP experienceProven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with ..... full job details .....
