You will be the trusted advisor to senior officers and Members, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable information and embedding financial considerations into corporate planning and service delivery.In this role, you will lead on a specific technical finance area, such as HRA, capital accounting, treasury management, VAT, collections fund, or funding reform, while contributing to the development of the wider finance function.
