This is a business with decades of heritage and a large, premium product portfolio, supplying some of the most prestigious names in hospitality and retail. Privately backed with serious momentum behind it, the business has grown its team by around 50% in the last 18 months alone and recently picked up two major industry awards. This is a business genuinely on the move, and finance is expected to be right in the middle of that momentum.The RoleThis is not a role for anyone who wants to sit behind a spreadsheet. You will be the finance voice inside the commercial operation, working shoulder to shoulder with Sales Directors and commercial leadership to shape pricing, challenge performance and influence decisions that move the business forward. You will report into a Finance Director who is genuinely invested in building a commercial finance function that has real presence and real influence, not just a reporting line.
