This is a broad role combining hands-on financial management with forward-looking analysis and business partnering. You ll work closely with operational and senior colleagues, providing financial insight and challenge while helping shape longer-term plans and investment decisions. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you ll take a lead role across: Budgeting, forecasting and business planning, including financial modelling and scenario analysis. Treasury reporting, cash flow forecasting and supporting funding decisions for major development schemes. Loan covenant monitoring, lender returns and regulatory metrics. Treasury and development inputs into the organisation s long-term Business Plan, including stress testing.
