Senior Finance Business Partner Salary: £52,000 - £57,000Location: Drighlington Hybrid We''re recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance function, playing a pivotal role in driving financial performance, delivering insightful analysis and supporting key strategic initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you''ll manage a small team while partnering with operational leaders to provide robust financial planning, commercial insight and decision support. The Role This is a highly visible position where you''ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them understand financial performance, identify opportunities and make informed business decisions. You''ll lead the budgeting and forecasting process, oversee monthly management reporting and provide financial modelling and business case support for strategic projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners. Build strong relationships with Directors, Heads of Service and senior stakeholders across the organisation. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and medium-term financial planning processes. Produce insightful monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial commentary. Present financial performance and key insights to senior leadership and committees. Deliver high-quality financial modelling, scenario planning and business case analysis.
