Senior Finance Business Partner Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annumLocation: Redhill (hybrid)Contract: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This is a strategic leadership position offering the opportunity to influence business performance, drive financial decision-making, and support senior stakeholders across a complex organisation. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, you will provide expert financial leadership, partnering with operational and non-operational teams to deliver financial objectives, improve performance, and maximise value across the business. You will also lead a small team and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business cases, procurement, contract management, and organisational planning. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior leaders and operational managers. Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and financial performance reporting. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Develop and monitor cost improvement and savings initiatives, providing challenge and support where required. Prepare, review, and evaluate business cases, ensuring financial implications are clearly understood. Support costing and pricing activities for existing and new services.
