Senior Finance Business Partner

The OpportunityA leading global manufacturing business is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its UK finance function on a maternity cover basis. This is a commercially focused role, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple divisions.Your Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processesDeliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-makingAnalyse business performance across sales, margin and profitabilityPartner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teamsProvide clear recommendations based on financial dataSupport monthly reporting and performance reviewsIdentify risks and opportunities to improve business performanceContribute to process improvements and financial best practiceYou Will Be/Have:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong background in FPandA, commercial finance or business partneringExperience of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysisStrong commercial awareness and ability to influence decisionsConfident working with senior stakeholdersAble to translate financial data into meaningful insightExperience in manufacturing, FMCG or multi-site environments is beneficialBenefits:Salary: £55,000 - £65,000Fixed-term contract (c.12-18 months)Pension scheme with employer contributionPrivate medical and wellbeing support25 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working (4 days on site, 1 ..... full job details .....
