The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation within the ports, logistics and infrastructure sector, based in Scunthorpe.This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you''ll partner with operational leaders to drive performance, influence decision-making and play a key role in shaping future strategy across a complex, asset-heavy business.Your Duties/ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior operational stakeholders to drive financial performance and improve commercial outcomesProvide insightful financial analysis, reporting and challenge to support strategic decision-makingLead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes for key business areasTranslate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersMonitor KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise performanceSupport business cases, investment appraisals and capital expenditure decisionsDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reportingAct as a trusted advisor, influencing and challenging stakeholders where appropriateCollaborate with wider finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial informationYou Will Be/Have:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a business partnering role, ideally within a complex, operational or asset-heavy environment (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, ports)Strong commercial ..... full job details .....
