Due to continued growth, they are keen to recruit a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner who is keen to partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide support and constructive challenge to drive operational outputs and improve financial performance. Role Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Business Partner will include: Provide analysis and insight into the operations performance, identify areas of improvement and drive outputsWork in partnership with the operations teams to prepare budgets and forecasts, along with variance reporting.Build and design in depth costing processesAssess cost drivers and their impact on performanceCollaborate with operations teams to ensure inventory and stock is accurately accounted for Profile It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholdersHigh degree of commercial acumenStrong Excel knowledgeGood understanding of standard costing, inventory management or stock controllingResults orientated, with a desire to succeed The Company Based in Oxfordshire, the business is at the forefront of innovation, offer fantastic career ..... full job details .....
