This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years'' experience in a similar finance business partnering or commercial finance role, with strong analytical ability, confidence in presenting to stakeholders, and a proactive commercial mindset. An FMCG background is strongly preferred, as experience in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment will be highly valued. Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions. Produce insightful analysis, reporting, and commentary to drive performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Review financial performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
