Senior Finance Business Partner - Up to £75,000 + £6,000 car + excellent benefits.Must be available to start ASAP/immediately! Fixed Term Contract - up to 12 months Location: Bradford City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office). Exalto Consulting is working with a large, customer focused organisation operating at scale across retail and consumer services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join them on a fixed term basis and provide strong commercial leadership during a critical period of delivery and change. This role sits within the wider Finance Directorate and plays a central part in supporting a functional leadership team to make informed, commercially sound decisions. It blends strategic business partnering with hands on financial leadership, balancing insight, challenge and delivery in a fast moving environment. About the role As a trusted finance partner to a senior functional directorate, you will take ownership of all financial matters for that area. Your focus will be on commercial decision support while also ensuring robust delivery of core finance processes, including month end, forecasting, planning, reporting and project accounting. You will act as a proactive advisor and sounding board to senior leaders, bringing clarity to complex decisions and highlighting both opportunities and risks.
