      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial support to the charity, ensuring strong financial planning and decision-making.  What does this role do? As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:  complete end-to-end monthly finance processes for key business areas, such as management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their finances and support decision making, be fully engaged in the business planning process from a finance perspective, signing off business cases and Project Initiation Documents to ensure robust financial understanding of activity and projects, work closely with the Finance Business Partner Manager on high level business planning, ensuring full understanding of business activity at this level and the financial implications, and deputising where necessary, line manage the Assistant Finance Business Partner, through regular 1-1''s, coaching and mentoring, ensuring they are performing to a high standard while encouraging their professional development.
