Senior Finance Business Partner (Contract Negotiation)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + highly competitive leading bonus and benefits Location: West London (3 days in office) We''re recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation where you''ll provide commercial financial support across one of its largest cost bases, with a specific focus on contract negotiation. Working closely with senior business leaders, external stakeholders and Finance, you''ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, while supporting pay negotiations and workforce cost decisions through robust financial modelling and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making. Work with the FPandA team to develop financial models to assess the impact of pay proposals, workforce initiatives and other employee cost decisions. Support pay negotiations by providing scenario analysis, affordability modelling and financial recommendations. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving cost optimisation and improved business performance. Prepare business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships across Finance, HR and operational teams to influence key business outcomes.
