We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who is analytical, commercially minded, and a strong leader to join our Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Group Commercial Finance Director, this role is key to driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring sustainable growth. You will lead a team that works closely with operational leaders, senior stakeholders, and finance colleagues to provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and enhance profitability. As Senior Finance Business Partner, you ll be: Acting as a strategic partner to the Regional Managing Directors, providing financial insights and decision support. Supporting operational teams to ensure new contracts or projects are financially sustainable and commercially viable. Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with business goals. Developing and maintaining financial models to assess contract profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management. Providing commercial analysis on new business opportunities, contract renewals, and pricing strategies. Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive financial performance. Enhancing financial reporting for senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and streamline financial processes.
