This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Manufacturing environment and is looking to develop their career with genuine progression and long-term growth prospects.The RoleReporting into an established FD, you will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to drive financial performance. You will be heavily involved in decision-making, forecasting and performance analysis, helping shape commercial outcomes across the business.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the lead finance contact for senior operational stakeholdersProducing and interpreting management accounts, forecasts and budgetsDelivering clear financial insight, KPI analysis and performance reportingSupporting rolling forecasts, long-range planning and annual budgetingBuilding and maintaining financial models to aid decision-makingReviewing PandL performance, identifying risks and opportunitiesDriving continuous improvement in financial reporting and processesThe CandidateWe are keen to speak with ambitious Commercial and Operational Finance Business Partners influencing non-finance stakeholders.You will ideally have:Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong management accounting background ..... full job details .....
