Senior Finance Assistant

If you are a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Assistant looking to secure your next move and would like to work for central Leeds based business with a dynamic finance team this could be the perfect opportunity for you.You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations, working hands-on across a variety of tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities to include: Production of Daily Sales Reports Management of Sales invoicing Calculation and communication of commission payments Cashflow management across multiple bank accounts Reconciliation of inter-company balances Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting Assisting with annual audits. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory filings Work closely with the wider finance and operational teams to ensure seamless financial administration Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as required We would be keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience: Degree in Finance and Accounting, or studying towards Accounting qualification (AAT or Part-qualified etc).
