Location: Park Royal
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
 
Dynamite Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful business to recruit an experienced and well-rounded finance professional to join the team in a progressive role. Starting with a focus on accounts payable, this position will grow into a broader finance role, including accounts receivable and management accounts preparation, with the potential to manage a small team further down the line.
 
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can take ownership, follow and set up processes & systems, and develop their career within a supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Develop a deep understanding of supplier-heavy purchasing operations.
• Set up and refine processes, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency in finance operations.
• Work independently while engaging with the finance team for support.
• Liaise directly with suppliers and customers to resolve finance queries.
• Take on broader finance duties, leading towards an Assistant Management Accountant position.

 
The ideal candidate will -

• Be an experienced finance professional with strong all-round accounting skills.
• Have a proven ability to work independently and improve processes.
• Be comfortable starting with transactional work but driven to progress further.
• Be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
