As the backbone of financial planning and analysis, the team provides the insights and controls that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.As a Senior FPandA Analyst, you will report directly to the UK FD and work closely with both the wider finance team and key business stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis while providing valuable commercial insights to support business growth and performance.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and ForecastingOwn the preparation and delivery of:Monthly forecastsAnnual budgetsLong-range planning processesAct as the primary FPandA contact for leadership across Bauer Media Outdoor UK (BMO UK).Present monthly forecasts to Managing Directors (MDs) and the Finance Director (FD).Cash Flow ManagementLead cash flow forecasting activities.Manage risks and opportunities within forecasts.Identify and communicate early warning indicators to leadership.Reporting and AnalysisLead FPandA month-end processes.Prepare and present monthly variance analysis to the Finance Director and wider finance team.Produce monthly ComCo Board slides and KPI reporting packs.Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic ..... full job details .....
