As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the CFO and EVP of Business Development on projects spanning Mergers and Acquisitions, investments, strategic planning, artist and partner deals, and market trend analysis. Your work will guide investment decisions, unlock growth opportunities and help us remain ahead in fast-moving markets.Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial and analytical models for valuation, due diligence and strategic evaluation.Analyse performance drivers and market trends to inform forecasts and strategic plans.Lead the development of reports and dashboards using financial reporting systems (experience with HFM/SAP a plus).Collaborate across regions to improve processes and accelerate quality and speed of decision-making.Prepare concise and impactful presentations and memoranda for senior stakeholders.Demonstrate behaviours that promote excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Strong financial modelling skills and experience with large or complex data sets.Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.Confident communicator who can simplify complex analysis for diverse audiences.Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.Curiosity, critical thinking, influencing ability, and a detail-driven approach to problem-solving.Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or similar analytical roles is strongly preferred.Genuine interest in the music, media, or entertainment sectors.Behaviours We Value
