Senior Finance Analyst - SMARTY

This allows employees to start between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish between 16:00 and 18:30.This role offers a great opportunity to play a key part in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative team supporting Three’s sub-brand SMARTY. You will support all areas of SMARTY, partnering with various teams and managing the entire SMARTY PandL with sound commercial understanding to support investment decisions, influence revenue streams, and control costs (OPEX and CAPEX).You will contribute to a range of commercial initiatives, including assessing new revenue streams and launching new customer propositions to support business growth in 2024.Deliver month-end reports for Margin, OPEX and CAPEX, and identify process improvements to generate actionable insights.Support quarterly forecasts for Margin, OPEX and CAPEX, working with budget owners to validate costs and manage targets, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of KPIs.Identify revenue and cost risks and develop mitigation plans with the SMARTY Finance Manager.Create robust models for new commercial initiatives, supporting growth areas by identifying risks, establishing success criteria, and making recommendations.Ensure financial processes and governance are suitable for a growing business, including managing purchase order trackers.Assist with SMARTY’s balance sheet management, highlighting risks and opportunities monthly.Research and present opportunities to improve insights and support well-rounded trading and investment decisions.Qualifications include:CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualificationExcellent MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsExperience working with commercial teams and engaging with senior stakeholdersReport writing and presentation skills for senior management audiencesCommercial finance experience in Margin and CostStrong commercial acumen and analytical skillsAbility to operate in a dynamic, changing environmentProactive attitude and ability to self-startAbility to consider broader business impacts beyond financialsStrong financial modelling ..... full job details .....
