Senior Finance Analyst (Housing Companies - Capital) Wembley Based Local Authority Hybrid Working Wembley Immediate Start Ongoing Temporary Assignment £550 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join a leading London local authority, supporting its subsidiary housing companies on a high-profile capital finance portfolio. This role will act as a strategic finance business partner to the council''s housing companies, playing a key role in financial planning, investment appraisal, capital programme management and long-term financial sustainability. About the Role You will support the finance team responsible for housing development, investment and capital programmes across the council''s housing companies. The position requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience within local government, housing, development, property or capital finance environments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, directors and company boards, you will provide financial insight and strategic advice to support business-critical decisions. Key Responsibilities Capital Programme Management Lead the financial management of the housing companies'' capital programmes. Monitor, forecast and report on capital expenditure.
