This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take on a varied role combining financial reporting, analysis, accounting, budgeting, and business partnering. Working closely with the wider finance function and key stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will play an important role in providing accurate and meaningful financial insight, supporting informed decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and processes. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making. Supporting the Finance Business Partner with regular financial reporting, analysis, budgets, and forecasts. Taking responsibility for accurate transactional accounting across key areas including contractual and turnover rent, service charges, rates, and landlords'' insurance. Ensuring transactional-level financial data is accurately calculated, posted, and maintained. Supporting the Financial Accounting Manager with accurate and timely IFRS 16 accounting.
