The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving process improvements and supporting the wider finance function.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:Producing timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business performanceSupporting the Finance Business Partnering team with regular reporting, forecasting and financial analysisTaking ownership of key property and estates-related accounting activities, including rent, service charges, rates and insurance costsEnsuring accurate calculation, reconciliation and posting of transactional financial dataSupporting lease accounting and compliance with relevant accounting standardsPreparing accurate month-end reporting, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance ..... full job details .....
